Staging our annual Coversure Conference is a huge undertaking. The leadership team have to prepare their vision for the coming year. The marketing team develop an ever-more entertaining and enjoyable event for our 400 specially invited guests, while our insurer partners ensure they make the most of their precious time with our franchisees. Yes, it’s a daunting task, but the effort is so worthwhile.
The run-up to the Conference is a hectic time, but it also gives me pause for reflection. In last year’s pre-conference blog, I reflected on how at the heart of most great businesses is a network of great relationships, and how this event helps to strengthen and maintain them.
During the past 12 months Coversure has again gone from strength-to-strength. We’ve forged new relationships as we’ve welcomed new members into our franchise family and we’ve been joined by more really talented people.
Fantastic as it is to have made these new friends, we never forget our old ones, and I am delighted to announce that Compass London Market have come onboard again as our Platinum level supporters. They will be the sole Lloyd’s and London Market Broker in attendance at the Conference.

The theme for this year’s event is the ‘Crystal Conference’ and over the weekend, as we figuratively gaze into our crystal balls, we’ll outline our vision for our fantastic business.
