Our franchise in Gosforth, Newcastle has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Insurance Advisor to support the franchise owner for this small, friendly team.

As an Senior Insurance Advisor, it will be your responsibility to liaise with our customers and network of insurer partners to arrange new business and ensure business is obtained effectively and processed correctly. You will ensure correct documentation is issued and chase any outstanding information from the necessary parties.

If you’re a confident communicator that enjoys working in a small team and has experience in a broker environment then you may be the person for us.

Here’s a list of the ideal skills we’d like you to possess;
• Knowledge of Property Owners and commercial package insurance products.
• Fleet product experience desirable
• Previous experience within a high street broker environment
• Knowledge of relevant FCA and other regulation.
• Awareness of Insurance market principles and practice.
• Have a collaborative and innovative approach to working
• Have proficiency in customer care and sales
• Professional and outgoing telephone manner
• Great team player with ability to work in fast paced environment
• Keen eye for detail

This role comes with a competitive salary and the chance to earn commission after the successful completion of a probation period.
