As a Commercial Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating enquiries for SME commercial business, which you will be expected to convert into New Business. You should have a commercial broking background and a dynamic and ambitious personality.

If you’re a confident communicator that enjoys working in a small team and has experience in a broker environment then you may be the person for us!

To be successful in this role you will need;

• Experience working in a High Street broking sales environment (Commercial Lines preferred but Personal Lines also considered)
• To have excellent cross selling skills
• Knowledge of relevant FCA and other regulation and awareness of Insurance market principles and practice
• Have a collaborative and innovative approach to working
• A proven track record of hitting Key performance indicators
• Professional and outgoing telephone manner
• To be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure when necessary
• Cert CII or working towards preferred but not essential

This role comes with a competitive salary plus commission. and an annual bonus after the successful completion of a probation period.
