Based out of Huntingdon and London, our new Delegated Authority team are responsible for ensuring that our Delegated Authority requirements are adhered to. As Claim Manager, you will help manage claims activity and drive loss ratios. You will be responsible for providing reliable and expert advice to the business for best practice in relation to the management of claims trends and issues as well as overseeing and embedding an ongoing regime to monitor these claims trends.
To be successful in this role, you will have good knowledge of all general insurance products, excellent communication skills and experience dealing with insurance claims activities and processes.
Coversure Insurance Services Ltd forms part of the Coversure Insurance Services Group alongside Policyfast Ltd, an online wholesaler providing bespoke insurance products to 2500 brokers nationwide, City Underwriters Ltd, an insurance underwriter based in London and Datamatters Ltd a software company that develops our own broking software.
