Coversure: A Unique Level Of IT Service Provision
Unlike most independent insurance brokers, Coversure have their own software development house in Datamatters. Having such a facility means that the Coversure Group – which includes the retail broker Coversure, online wholesalers Policyfast and specialist underwriters City Underwriters Limited – can not only innovate to offer their customers an ever-improving service, it also means they can keep pace with regulatory changes. Commenting on her appointment, Cheryl said:
‘This is an exciting opportunity at a time when Coversure continues to go from strength-to-strength and will enable me to draw on my past experience within the insurance and retail industries to ensure continuity of the excellent service that Datamatters currently provide to their customers. It also gives me a chance to explore new ideas and initiatives that will contribute towards the continuing growth of the Coversure Group.’
Welcoming this latest addition to the leadership team, Coversure’s Managing Director, Sarah Darling, added:
‘Whereas most brokers are dependent on third-party software, having Datamatters’ bespoke system gives the Coversure Group far greater control and flexibility and Cheryl will be a conduit for further change and innovation. We have so much to do and so much we want to achieve. I’m so delighted she’s joining the team.’
