Unoccupied Property Insurance
Most insurance companies do not like properties that are to be unoccupied for more than 14 days, especially if they have not been previously insuring the property. At Coversure however, we have several insurers who specialise in this type of insurance.
There may be many reasons why your property will be unoccupied from the inception of the policy.
- Renovations excluding structural works
- Renovations including structural works
- Pending let
- Pending sale
- Inherited
Whatever the reason we are here to help!
