Jon Rosten, Managing Director
Jon has 20 years commercial insurance experience latterly as Regional Director with one of the largest independently owned insurance brokers in the United Kingdom.

Jon or a member of his team will deal with you in person by visiting you regularly at your premises and by the usual means of phone, fax and email.

We insist on seeing our clients during the period of insurance as experience has shown us that changes to a clients business activities or changes in the way they conduct their business can have insurance ramifications which are not always apparent to the customer.
We are therefore able to ensure that there are no gaps in cover. 

When it comes to claims handling we personally attend required meetings with clients to ensure that their best interests are served.
All claims matters will be handled by a dedicated claims handler in our office who will personally ensure that all matters are attended to in good time and accurately.  

We have experience with all types of insurance for most types of businesses and have excellent relationships with many insurers built up over the years spent in the industry.
