Coversure Henley visited Peter Savage,Managing Director of Round and About Limited,Magazine publishers,at their offices in Crowmarsh,Oxfordshire with a view to providing quotations for their existing office insurance policy which included such things as office contents and Employer Liability insurance. 

As we always do when we conduct such a meeting, we asked the potential client to explain what their business activities involved in order to enable us to advise what products they should be considering.
We always ensure that at the very least businesses we see are made aware of all  insurable risks even if they subsequently decided not to insure for all of the risks identified.

Having had a detailed explanation by Mr Savage of his company’s activities we then were offered to look at the existing office insurance policy schedule.

What we identified immediately was that, as Round and About Limited and sister company Vanilla Limited conducted photo shoots on location several times a year, they did not have full enough liability insurance to cover Employers and Public Liability when conducting such shoots.
Their Liability cover was limited to office duties only.

We therefore were asked to obtain quotations to include such liability and we were subsequently successful in securing this account.

This case demonstrates the experience and skill we have at Coversure to identify incorrectly arranged cover,provide the correct advice and secure the right cover with insurers.
