Coversure Henley were asked to provide insurance quotations for a residents association, Hawthorn Way Residents Limited, for buildings insurance for the 28 houses insured under it.

Axa insurance were the existing insurer via another broker and they offered a renewal premium of in the region of £8000.

Coversure Henley were able to secure a quotation with a household name insurer at a premium of £4600 for matching cover and all relevant material facts being declared.

This success story is all the more remarkable as within the previous two years one of insured the houses had burned down with a claims cost of nearly £150,000.
