The use of direct mail by many of our branches has brought to our attention the fact that campaigns are far more successful if followed up with a telephone call. This can be done by the branch but we are also able to offer the services of telemarketing firms, such as Telechief and Team Telemarketing, who have conducted numerous successful branch campaigns.

Telechief and Team Telemarketing can also offer a simpler telemarketing service that involves them cold calling potential clients without them having first been contacted by mail. This service will aim to, as a minimum, obtain an insurance renewal date from the business for their main insurance and also the contact responsible for buying the insurance. The service can also be used for appointment setting and lead generation.
