Richard Lunt – Franchisee

Richard has been in the insurance industry for over 13 years. He started his career working in a small independent brokerage and since has worked at some of the UK’s largest brokers – specialising in both personal and commercial lines. Richard has been a Coversure Franchisee since August 2005.

Steve Duffy – Franchisee

Steve has had 12 years experience in the financeand insurance industry in areas such as marketing (both online and offline), analysis and project management. He met Richard whilst working in a large insurance brokerage in the West Midlands before becoming a Coversure Franchisee in August 2005.

Mark Jones – Assistant Manager

Starting out as a trainee in March 2006, Mark has gone from strength to strength in all aspects of his insurance acumen. Mark has recently been appointed to Assistant Manager in recognition of his knowledge and the quality customer service he gives.

Stephanie Collins – Customer Services Advisor

Stephanie came to us in July 2007, having worked in an insurance claims company. She now manages the office administration and customer service areas of the branch as well as dealing with any mid term adjustments on our customers policies.
