James Thomson – Branch Manager

James is ex Swinton and spent just under 6 years with them from leaving school – this formed the basis of his experience within the general insurance market. He started out at the Sleaford branch and then moved on to work in the Lincoln office where things were a lot busier and this larger, busier environment helped him to progress quickly. After a year at Lincoln he moved on to manage the Wisbech branch where he remained until coming to run Coversure Lincoln for John White Associates. During his time at Swinton he developed the knowledge and expertise to enable him to deal with any aspects of personal lines insurance as well as a grounding in commercial insurance. He was involved with training and development of staff as well as with any acquisitions which occurred and he therefore built up a great knowledge of how the business worked as well as being able to offer clients a fantastic informative service. He hopes that Coversure's clients can now benefit from his experience.
