Michael White – Personal Insurance Director

Mike has been working in insurance broking for nearly 20 years and was previously a branch manager at Endsleigh Insurance before he became self-employed as a franchise holder with Coversure Insurance Services in 1997.

Mike believes that providing honest straightforward advice is the key to a good business relationship. He offers a professional yet personal service to all clients and will be only too pleased to assist you in arranging your insurance requirements.

Janet Fay – Commercial Insurance Director

Janet started her career working as a Motor Underwriter for Cornhill Insurance Company in 1979. She moved into insurance broking with the largest commercial brokers in the UK dealing with some of their most important corporate clients before managing a highly successful central Newcastle insurance brokerage for ten years.

Janet deals with all aspects of business insurance and feels that the help and advice she can give adds immense value to the service we provide. Ask for her personally when you call for any of your business insurance needs.

Jackie Grant – Insurance Advisor

Jackie worked for a local insurance broker prior to working for Coversure Cramlington. She has a wide knowledge of the insurance market and has a helpful, friendly approach to clients.

Jackie provides a very valuable service when your policy is due for renewal, ensuring your current policy meets your needs and checking the market place to ensure you are offered the most competitive rate available.

Jackie lives very close to our office and clients benefit from her local knowledge. She can help you with any of your personal insurance needs.

Tracy O'Neill – Administrator

Tracy worked for a local insurance broker before joining Coversure as an Administrator. She provides efficient administrative support for our office, helping customers with their applications and making sure insurers issue documents on time.

Tracy also deals with credit control and can arrange flexible payment plans for our customers.

Mike Clark – Commercial Insurance Broker

Mike started his insurance career in 1963, and worked for three different insurers before setting up his own brokerage in 1994 (Mike Clark Insurance, based in Ashington). Mike joined Coversure on 3rd August 2007, bringing his existing clients with him.
